KRP Sarathy – Chairman

_20150925_224849Sarathy joined Rotary in 2005. He launched the fellowship in D3150 (Hyderabad, India) in 2006 and was the charter chairman in the district from 2006 to 2009. He was the charter secretary of IFCR India when it was constituted as a country unit for the first time in 2009 and has served continuously on the IFCR India Board in different capacities. He became a PHF in 2006 and has taken part in world festivals at Colombo, Durban, Vapi, Nottingham, Christchurch and Melbourne. He has toured with an IFCR team to Australia and helped launch new IFCR chapters in Nepal, Bangladesh and Greece.

Reji Chacko – Secretary

Ind Board RejiReji was chosen as  IFCR Chairman, District 3201 in  2013.   He became the secretary IFCR India, 2017 January to 2019 January and then Vice Chairman IFCR India, 2019 – 2021 before being elected as secretary IFCR World, 2019 – 2021.   Reji  attend the Bendigo IFCR  Festival in 2014, attended the IFCR World Festival in Christchurch, New Zealand in January  2017 and been to Trindad to attend the formation of IFCR West Indies in April 2018.

Bob Brigden – Immediate Past chairman IFCR World

BobBrigden1Bob joined the Rotary Club of Norwood in 1995  He is a past president of the club and a PHF recipient.  Bob became a member of IFCR in 2003 and has taken part in tours of the UK in 2005, 2009 and 2013, World Festivals in Sri Lanka 2007, South Africa 2010, Vapi  2012,Nottingham 2014 and Melbourne 2019 plus national festivals at Benalla 2006, Bundaberg i2008, Adelaide 2012 (which he organised), Bendigo 2015 and Wagga Wagga in 2016.

Arthur Manser – Australia Representative

Arthur_ManserArthur has been a Rotarian since 1985 and is currently a member of Rotary club of St Peters.  He was district governor in 2005-06 and has been a member of IFCR since 2010.  He toured UK in 2013 and attended the Nottingham festival in 2014 and the Melbourne festival in 2019.   He was a member of the organising committee of the 2012 Adelaide festival.


Norman Brown – GB&I Representative

GBI Board NormanNorman Brown joined the RC of Bourne in 1994 and first became aware of IFCR when he was asked to help host an incoming Australian IFCR team at Bourne in 2001. He was awarded a PHF in 2009. As a cricketer of little ability Norman has enjoyed playing “international’ cricket and great Rotary fellowship overseas including at 6 World Festivals and five Australian Festivals. He was Chairman and Secretary of IFCR GB&I between 2010 and 2014 and also the chairman of the Organising Committee for the 8th IFCR World Festival at Nottingham in 2014.

Neel Neelakantan – India Representative

Neel new photoR.NEELAKANTAN (Neel) joined Rotary in the year 1995 and has had various responsibilities in Rotary Club of Meenambakkam in RID 3232.   He is a PHF and member of IFCR since 1997 and has attended all the IFCR WORLD FESTIVALS. He is an infrastructure service provider by profession and a cricketer as well.


Sajid Bhatti – Pakistan Representative

Sajid 2017Sajid joined Rotary in 1997 becoming President RC of Ruryila in 2001-02 and Assistant Governor in 2003-04.  He established the IFCR Pakistan chapter. He  was DG in 2015-16 and is now Assistant Rotary Co-ordinator Zone 6B.  He will be the D3272 District Trainer in 2017-18.  He is the chairman of IFCR Pakistan and has attended the Hunter Valley, Colombo, Durban, Vapi and Nottingham world Festivals.  Sajid is also a major donor, level 1, to The Rotary Foundation.

Gary Williams – West Indies Representative

Gary WilliamsGary Williams joined the Rotary Club of St Augustine (D7030) in 2009. He served as club secretary in 2013 and as club president in 2015 and 2016.  He is the charter chairman of IFCR – West Indies which was launched in May 2017 in Port of Spain, Trinidad.  He attended RI Conventions in 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019 and several recent D7030 conferences.

Rusty Barnes – South Africa Representative

Rusty BarnesDi and I have been married for 41 years; we have 2 wonderful sons with great wives and they have given us 3 beautiful grandchildren. Rusty joined the Rotary Club of Empangeni, D9270 in July 1995 and has been awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship.  He has been club president once and has been an AG twice.  He have only been to one ICFR festival at Nottingham in 2014.
